Hormones Hi everyone, sorry wasnt sure which topic this would be under. I started my period on 16th and I done a hormone test on Monday 24th. I got the results today which show high testosterone, progesterone and prolactin Does anyone know what I can do to bring these down? Or if they have experiences the same. I’m also not sure if they’re meant to be high at this point of my cycle

Hormone levels can fluctuate throughout your menstrual cycle, so it's important to consider the timing of your test in relation to your cycle. High levels of testosterone, progesterone, and prolactin can sometimes indicate hormonal imbalances. To address this, I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider or a specialist in hormonal health. They can provide personalized advice and treatment options tailored to your specific situation. Lifestyle changes such as stress management, regular exercise, and a balanced diet can also help support hormone balance. Remember, everyone's body is unique, so it's best to seek professional guidance for a comprehensive plan.

@xitty_ thank you for taking the time to reply! Do you know if I can naturally lower these levels?

I’d recommend following your doctor’s advice

Consult a doctor or endocrinologist for advice. It may be that you don't need to do anything. We're not really qualified to assess those test results or tell you what to do.
