Hey! I think what you’re seeing is probably just the very start of your withdrawal bleed. At the beginning, the blood can be light, watery, or stringy, and sometimes it mixes with cervical mucus, so it might only show up when you wipe and not yet on your pad.
Your cystitis usually causes blood in urine, not vaginal bleeding, so it’s unlikely to be the reason for this. I’d just keep an eye on it—if it gets heavier or changes a lot, or if you notice blood in your urine, it might be worth checking with a doctor. But for now, light stringy spotting at the start of a period is pretty normal.
