Hi! So I was due my period the past weekend but didn’t stop taking my pills and haven’t taken a break in a few months, but in the past 2 days I’ve had break through bleeding but its like a light - medium period and times of small spotting? I’ve never had break through before, so I’m not sure when it’s a concerning amount also coupled with the usual cramps. Any help?

Theres nothing you can do to stop breakthrough bleeding, you just need to wait it out.

Break through bleeding can be like a normal withdrawal bleed or lighter there’s not a concerning amount until you’re bleeding excessively like changing your choice of sanitary products less than every like 2 hours I think for a few hours
