Sugar tends to dissolve fast, it’s hard to tell whether your pill was okay or not. I’d assume so but if you feel better doubling up there is no harm.

@Yi_eune my issue is i can’t remember if it was last night or the night before, will double up for today and abstain until i have taken two more pills. my pill time is meant to be 6pm but have taken it no earlier than 8.56pm for the last week, it is now 7.09am- will that class as within my 12 hours if i take another one now?

and i’m assuming that if i count this as my first pill ill be protected by sunday morning instead of the saturday night although saturday night would be my third pill

@onthepillxo the window is based off of the last pill you’ve taken. So if you’ve been taking it around 9pm every day then 7am is in your usage window.
