so this is my first month on the pill like ever and it’s only been over a week obviously but after the third day i’ve been having small stomach aches and a little diarrhea i’ve still been staying safe but just kinda wanted to know how to help it or understand it better

You could just be unwell, not everything had to do with your pill. Best way to educate yourself about your pill is the NHS website!
