If you’re going to continue to throw up all day personally I would count the pill as missed. Better to be safe than sorry.

@aurielle I would handle excessive vomitting throughout the day the same as the 5-6+ watery stools, it might not be necessary but that’s what I personally would do. If it’s just a one-off I wouldn’t be worried.

@GhostFaceLov in my understanding no it doesn't. It only matters if you throw up within 3 hours of taking the pill. Once it's been 3 hours your pill is absorbed and any vomiting after that doesn't affect it
