Hi everyone, I have been on Zeleta (mini pill) for nearly 3 months now. I have become really aggressive on this pill. My doc said give it 3 months, I literally have two pills left. Can I just stop taking it now ? 💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊⏱

Thats very odd since the mini pill doesn’t have estrogen in it which is responsible for change of mood.

Technically any hormonal birthcontrol can have mood effects but it’s less likely on the mini pill because it doesn’t have estrogen. But to answer your question as soon as you miss/ stop taking your pill you will become unprotected right away so as long as there’s no chance of pregnancy and or you’re taking precautions to prevent pregnancy I see no reason why you can’t
