heyy, are there any gym girls who has any tips/advice for getting over gym anxiety, or just gym advice in general?x

@c_dawg what worked for me is if you observe people you’ll see that no one is looking at anyone else, everyone is too focused on themselves that they don’t even notice ! Even when I used machines wrong and “embarrassed” myself, literally no one was looking at me. It took me a while especially when I first started because I was so clueless and I felt like I didn’t belong, but honestly if you act like you know what you’re doing, people will think you genuinely do 🤣 remember just like you’re not judging or looking at others, they most probably aren’t looking too! And people in the gym are into self improvement, they aren’t there to bring others down!! :) good luck

^^ all this. No one is looking at you or caring what you’re doing. They’re there minding their own business and doing their own workout.
