I came off birth control a few months ago and my periods have been regular ish. My period this month is saying a day late and I’m anxious because I regularly have unprotected sex. I’m away on holidays in 35+ degree heat (about 20 degrees more than I can realistically handle). I wonder if the heat has something to do with the lateness? I feel like it’s coming, I’ve broken out and I’ve some pain in my tummy I feel that might be me imagining. I wonder if I should be concerned or if heat stress can cause it to be late
