I left my birth control under one of those plant grow lights accidentally all day yesterday, it was not in its vinyl cover. Does this affect its effectiveness? I’m not sure if a cheap plant light from Amazon is the same as the sun lol

I think it is mostly just led lights, so the uv amount would be like very little… I just get nervous!

As far as I know only heat damages pills not the light itself so I think it should be fine
