I tested positive for Chlamydia a few days ago: I started the antibiotics today. Your reminder to get tested but also make sure your partner/sexual partner is tested before condom less sex. I’ve only slept with him and 1 other person (over 5 years ago, first boyfriend) and symptoms started 2 weeks after sleeping with my new partner so it’s highly likely he gave me it despite having no symptoms (you can also be asymptomatic so who truly knows but the timeline fits). We all worry about pregnancy but when you get faced with actually having an STI, you realise that this is also a crucial part of sex we need to be worried about. Stay safe out there everyone x
