Is it normal to throw up and have nausea When you fist start birth control pills ?

Nausea is a common side effect of the pill

Nausea can be a side affect but if you take it on time everyday I Recommend at 7 pm or a few hours before bed it can make you sleepy and also have dinner or a snack with it :)

when i first started i did. i took them at 9pm so i usually didn’t have any food in my system and i had really bad nausea in the mornings. i moved it to 7pm and it’s so much better now (:<

@jayiskewl I know it’s perfect cuz ur drowsy and ur out by 12 and u are usually filled by dinner so ur not nauseous

i take mine in the evening and get nauseous in the morning lol. i recommend ginger tea if helped me a lot.
