Hey so I noticed I was quite tender down their in one spot it has now developed into a hard lump that is red on my vagina at the top side near my leg , it hurts to touch does anyone know what this is or what is caused by? Should I go to the doctors? I thought it was an ingrown at first but now it’s about the size of a penny

Could be a bartholin's cyst? A doctor can verify that.
