Lots and lots and lots of cranberry juice

Cranberry juice contains a lot of sugar and has a low cranberry content so cranberry pills/ vitamins are recommended. Not juice 🙂
Also heaps of water and urals

I take AZO, which helps with the symptoms of an UTI. Drink lots of water and take cranberry pills. If you drink cranberry juice make sure it’s organic and has no added sugars.

It won’t necessarily cure it as you need antibiotics but it’ll help with pain

No. It’s an infection, you need antibiotics for it to be cured. Drinking lots of water will help deal with the symptoms, but you HAVE to go to the doctor before the infection spreads.

I had a uti, got a kidney infection and spent 38 hours in the emergency room because I got bacteremia. A doctor is 100% required as they’re very serious.

D-Mannose, cranberry pill or juice (direct juice from the first pressing). There are i.e. also some bladder-kidney-tees in Germany which also help. And a Lot water. Sometimes bacteria just get flushed away without antibiotics, (but takes time).
However if it doesn’t get any better in 2-3 days, then definitely go to see a doctor before the infection goes up and reaches your kidneys.
