can i leave my eluryng in for 4 weeks then take a break week? my insurance doesn’t cover them as often as i need

Supposedly you can keep it in for 4 weeks without a problem, but double check and see if it says anything in your pamphlet

So I am on the nuvaring! And in my pamphlet you can leave it in for 4 weeks and then take an additional week as a break. But definitely double check your pamphlet!! It should have that info. It’s the only bc I know of that has the ability to keep your protected for 5 weeks. I love my ring.
