So I have been on hormonal birth control for little over three years, I have recently changed he to taking my pill at 10am and have been doing so for the last 4 months, last Thursday I took the pill at night dude to a busy schedule, I had sex two days ago and yesterday, he pulled out, and yesterday I noticed some light brown discharge, is this because of taking the pill late?

Taking the pill at a different time could potentially cause side effects such as irregular bleeding

@Sydnee side effects can happen at any point, even if you’ve never experienced it before.
