I’ve been on the pill for 2 days and the nausea is really bugging me, I’ve just been trying to sleep it off . How long does this last ? I’m worried it’s going to ruin Christmas

Side effects can happen at any time but they are most common during the adjustment period of birth control. This usually lasts 3-6 months. Try taking it at a different time of day, just before or with food. People find that helps.

I personally only had nausea for the first week or so, but everyone’s different, taking it with food definitely helped x
