Do I have to take the actual placebo pills if I take a break? Or can I just not take a pill and just have an off day? I’ve taken 4 of them already. Just curious if not taking it would count as missing a pill if there’s no hormones.

No it doesn't matter if you take them or not

@aurielle that’s what I thought, just wanted to make sure. Thanks !! For some reason, no matter what I drink when I take my placebo pills, they always leave a weird aftertaste in my mouth lol

Placebo pills are to help you stay in the habit of taking your pills and to remember when you need to start a new pack. They are completely optional.

Some placebos actually have iron in them but no hormones.
