Since it’s technically considered a break week you can just take ur pills at the same time you normally do.

My break week was up from the 1st of January I was suppose to began on the 2nd

Taking ur break week a day earlier is fine as long as you took 7 active pills before. Are you on ur 7th or 6th day of the break?

So you missed 6 pills after your break? Basically you just start over taking the pill as if you were starting the first time, take 1 pill per day and you're not protected until the 7th day.

Wait so how would I be able to track it now? The 7 remaining pills do I just roll it over to when I’ve finished taking all the pills starting from the 8th? And for the next one I just wouldn’t take a break?
