I recently got on birth control (Sprintec) and i read somewhere to take it at the same time every day. I chose 7pm as the designated time but you know life happens so after the third day the times have ranged from 7-11pm. Is it wrong, should i fix my schedule and take it at a consistent time or does it not really matter 💤💊💊‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️⚠️

Since Sprintec is a combined birth control you have a 24hr window so if you don’t take it at the same time everyday you will still be protected as long as you take it within 24hrs but you should try to take it everyday to reduce side effects.

^ taking it within a few hours every day is perfectly fine
