There is little to no proper research done on the effects of the vast majority herbal remedies and supplements on the pill, so the answer is we don’t know for sure. It’s up to you to decide whether you want to take that risk or not,

Since okra itself does not affect birth control then okra water won't either. It also probably won't do anything else, it's a fad. You'd be better off actually eating okra and getting the fiber and nutrients instead of just the water.
