I take rigevidon combined pill, usually for 63 days followed by a 4 day break. In the 4 day break I always get a withdrawal bleed starting around the 3rd day. This time, I took my pill for an extra week as I’d been ill so wanted to be sure I was covered for the break. I’m on day 5 (so starting a new packet today) and haven’t had a withdrawal bleed, only a bit of a cramping and discharge. Not sure if I should be worried?

If you’ve been using your pills correctly you have nothing to be worried about. Bleeds can change and stop over time.
