how do i know if i have a UTI or if it’s just cramps or trapped wind? my lower tummy hurts but all the other symptoms of UTIs aren’t there, i struggle with being constipated sometimes so it may be that?

It could be that, but I’ve had some UTI’s where my only symptom was pain in my lower stomach, so now I just get it checked whenever I have a feeling it might be one.. it’s best to be safe than sorry!

@bluey1234 UTI’s should always be treated ASAP else it can spread to your kidneys.
