Are the painful (I mean very painful) headaches I get on my placebo week normal? I’m on the combo pill

I would speak to a doctor about it. If you get migraines often on the combined pill it's recommended to switch.

It can be a side effect unfortunately, I was getting really bad headaches when I took LOLO and it was just too low of a dose for my body so I talked to my dr and switched to a slightly higher dosage and after a few weeks I stopped getting headaches. So if it’s really bad and quite frequent talk to your doctor

I should also mention I was getting the really bad headaches almost everyday not just during a specific time during the month
