Hi everyone! I’d like your opinion to see if I should be worried or if there’s really no reason to be. First of all, I’m no longer taking the pill because of some medical tests I’m currently undergoing (that’s another story). The thing is, on Sunday night I had an encounter with my boyfriend that led to slight penetration. Let me explain: he went in just with the tip on a couple of occasions, but we decided to stop because I’m not on the pill anymore. There was no ejaculation, however I decided to take the morning-after pill just to be safe. I know, maybe it was unnecessary and a bit of an overreaction, but I felt more at ease taking it. Do you think I have any reason to worry? Thanks in advance!

I think you probably did the right thing taking the morning after pill as a precaution because even just a bit of penetration can introduce pre-cum which could potentially have live semen in it which could create pregnancy. However obviously if you aren’t trying to get pregnant best to try your best to remember to use condoms or some other form of nonhormonal birthcontrol, also if you are concerned you can take a pregnancy test in 2-3 weeks just to double check
