hey. i take ovreena which is 4 day break 21 day pill taken, and o usually get my period on day 3 of the break but i haven’t gotten it today. and im wondering i usually take it at 11am everyday but after like 2 weeks of taking it i had to change it to 6:40pm because im fasting now and idk if that means my period will delay or maybe it shouldn’t matter?

Bleeding or not bleeding doesn’t affect anything, sometimes people can stop bleeding after taking the pill for awhile because it thins the lining of your uterus, so over time it gets super thin and there isn’t really anything to come out during your placebo pills

If you take your active pills as instructed and account for any interactions then you have nothing to worry about. You don’t experience an actual period, it’s either withdrawal bleeding or breakthrough bleeding depending on where you are in your pack. Bleeding (or lack thereof) tells next to nothing. What matters is that you use your pills correctly.
