Have anyone have a break from birth control? After many years of using it?

i took bc from the ages 15-17, and stopped taking it for 2 years. i just got back on it

I’ve taken it since I was 16, im now 21. You don’t need to take a “break” from it

If you stop taking it you will just experience side effects and if you get back on it you will have to go through the 6 month adjustment phase again, personally I was extremely nauseous during the first 6 months and would not take a break unless I’m planning on getting pregnant and having a baby lol

It’s not recommended to take a “break” from birth control. Either stay on or stay off.

@idkjoyful @NEWneww And @yI_eune Thank u for your responds. Is that I live in a 3rd word country and 2 gyno are telling me to quit bc because they found a cyst in my boobs but now talking to a oncology dr told me that they are not related
