If u can manage to keep it down for about 4 hours you won’t need to take another, what pill are you on? You might have more time than you think to take another if you do throw it up x

Wait until you feel better, as long as it’s in your usage window. If you miss a pill you need to consult your pamphlet to determine whether you’re protected or not.
