i think i have my first yeast infection? i don’t have insurance so i can’t go to a doctor, but if i take medication (and don’t happen to have a yeast infection) will it negatively affect me? also, what treatments do you guys suggest / things to help outside of medication ?

No an over-the-counter treatment probably won't harm you.
