Is it better to take an extra pill if I didn’t take my pill til 8 hours after I was supposed to?

I just really don’t wanna be at risk of pregnancy. Ik I was told I have a 24 hour window but I’m just really paranoid.

I thought I would take it two hours after, but I ended up taking at eight hours after I was supposed to

You were already told about the 24 hour window. You are fine. Use condoms since you don’t trust your birth control.

@MakAttack445 I’m also on Yasmin. You have a 24 hour window so taking a pill at your usual time or 2 hours later or 8 hours later is the exact same thing. You’re protected. Use condoms if you’re not comfortable relying on the pill alone.
