How do you switch pill time on the mini pill? I am going to do it outside of the 3hr window.

Ideally over time slowly changing the time, or if you don’t have risk of pregnancy you could just switch and wait until you’re protected again

You need to move it with your 3 hour window so depending on what you move it to it might take a while.

^ In order to stay protected, you cannot take it over 3h later than your regular time. So every day you must take it later and later until your chosen time. Let's say you wanna change the time for your pill taking to be 10h later than normal. If you take it every day 2h later, it will take 5 days for you to reach that new chosen pill time.

Thank you! The time I want to switch it to isn’t a 10 hour difference, it’s more like 8 but Im assuming I would need to do the same thing?

@GhostFaceLov it counts for anything outside of your usage window. Unless you’re okay with being unprotected. It could also potentially trigger side effects.
