I am probably overreacting and sensitive but I need to let my thoughts go. tw: cancer I‘m on my period and usually I use a menstrual cup bc I‘ve had good experiences with it. Yesterday, as I took it out, I felt something weird inside of me. It felt like a mass that I have never felt before and now I‘m really worried. I went for another feel again after I took the cup out and it felt weirdly rough. It was a little higher up so I dont really think it wouldve been the rough patch where the g spot would technically be. I never had any symptoms, but I‘m a major hypochondriac and I‘m so scared of cancer or serious illness. I will go to the doctor, but its literally eating me alive bc I‘m only 20 years old and its probably nothing but I‘m just so scared.

It could be a cyst, a polyp, irritation from the cup anything. I doubt it’s cancerous but I understand the worry as I get anxiety and jump to the worse possible conclusion about everything so definitely do go to the doctor and get it checked but there’s far more reasons for something to be there other than cancer.
