Does anyone still have a good sex life with being on an SSRI (Lexapro) My psychiatrist just prescribed me one and my main side effect concern is decreased libido/more difficult to orgasm. Is anyone on these and noticed the effects?

I’m on Lexapro and I find at the beginning of starting it I found it a little harder to orgasm. But that only lasted about a month or two. After that I was totally back to normal!!

I have a friend who was on Sertraline, they found their libido increased, I suppose it can be different for everyone

I haven’t been on lexapro but I’ve been on fluoxetine and sertraline and didn’t notice a difference but it can be different for each body
