Can I take a 1 day break? I’m on the last 4 pills of my pack and realised I started it a day early (can’t remember doing this) I usually start a new pack on a Saturday but started this one on a Friday and want to “fix it” back to starting on a Saturday. I finish this pack on Thursday can I take one day break on Friday and start a new one on Saturday? Only thing is I’m worried incase one fell out in my pocket or something and I haven’t realised and I’ve missed one by accident 😅

Yes you can shorten ur break to however long you want as long as you have taken 7 active pills correctly before you start ur break, you can never extend ur break. You also don’t have to start ur packs on the same day each month.
