hey ! i forgot to grab my birth control and due to Veterans Day tomorrow i won’t be able get:take it till tuesday so i will be missing 2 pills. what should i do and or how long till im protected again. thank you !

Take 2 active (hormonal) pills as soon as possible and then continue taking pills daily. You should take 2 pills on the same day. You may take one at the moment of remembering, and the other at the regular time or both at the same time. Also, use condoms or abstain from sex until you have taken active (hormonal) pills for 7 days in a row.

Do you remember what pill you’re on?

You could just take ur break early (as long as you have taken 7 active pills) that way you would still be protected.

@snowgirl623 if you’ve taken at least 7 pills before the 2 you’ll miss then you can count those 2 days as a break week like @GhostFaceLov suggested. Be sure to skip your planned break week. This way you do not lose protection.
