Missing pills can cause irregular bleeding but because it’s been over a month I doubt it’s from missing that pill back then. Breakthrough bleeding is just a side effect of birth control and doesn’t have a cause. Keep taking your pills as instructed. Nothing to worry about. Same for the cramps.
