hi so i’ve had some bleeding since the 20th of November. It was dark red/brown at the start but not much. I thought it would go away after a week or so, but it didn’t. My friend said to take 2 pills at a time for one day bcs that was what helped her get rid of the bleeding and so i did but ever since then it has gotten worse. There’s more blood and it’s red instead of the brown.

It’s breakthrough bleeding. It’s very common on a pill. Nothing can stop it, unfortunately. It’ll be as long as it decides.

Keep taking the pill as you normally would. If you don’t, you’ll be unprotected and can risk more bleeding as you withdrawal from hormones.

Never listen to anyone advising you to double up on hormones when you didn’t do your own research! What works for someone else can be damaging to you.

Doubling up won’t do anything. Take it as instructed.
