It says to either start your break or keep taking the pills left and start with your next one without taking a break but I only realized after I already kept going and taking the break

If you missed a pill in your third week, you should have skipped your break week to remain protected.

You were unprotected for both times you had sex. Please follow the instructions when you miss pills in the future.

You could take emergency contraception, Ella One is effective for up to 5 days after unprotected sex. But it does make the pill less effective (and the pill interacts to make Ella one less effective as well) so if you take Ella make sure to follow the instructions in the Ella pamphlet since it has special directions for if you’re on the pill, you have to stop taking the pill for a certain number of days.
