If you have a break week then I’m assuming you’re on a combined pill. I believe that if you miss a combined pill, unprotected sex that happened prior to the missed pill is fine. Even so, if this is your last day before your break, then just count this as an early break. Start your next pack a day early and you’ll be fine. Just make sure that you do not extend your break week longer than 7 days. So if you usually have a Monday start, start the Sunday before instead. You’ll be fine :)

Yes, I’m on Microlite! Is it okay to take the full break if I’m not going to be having sex in the seven days afterwards? I’ve moved countries this week and am not in a relationship. I just like my start day being a Monday 😅

If you take the full break week you will have missed a pill which is best to avoid if at all possible. Even if protection is not a concern for you, missing pills can possibly lead to unwanted side effects like irregular bleeding, cramps, sore boobs etc

You’ll just need to start on the Sunday. Sucks your day changes but it is what you have to do.
