I take the pills consecutively so I do not have a break, I just got back home and forgetting that it was wednesday I took my thursday pill. meaning I have taken both wednesday and thursday today, what should I do? Do I carry on as normal? Or do I skip taking one tomorrow to counteract

You should keep taking them as normal but you’ll just be a day ahead, I would not recommend skipping a pill to get back on track
