I took my pill at 1:15 PM and just had diarrhea at 12:42 AM. Does diarrhea only affect the pill absorption if it’s been less than 3 hours?. Do I need to take another pill?

If you read your pamphlet, it should tell you exactly, but I believe time frame only impacts absorption if you vomit. Diarrhea would have to be large amounts in the same day for it to affect.

Diarrhea only affects the pill if it was more than 5-6 cups/trips worth of complete liquid stool. It would be considered missed in that case and you should follow the instructions for a missed pill.
If it was just mushy then it doesn’t affect anything. The 3 hour rule goes for throwing up x
