Hey guys, I’m getting my first tattoo tomorrow any tips of what to do and what not to do?

No alcohol or any blood thinning medications such as ibuprofen cause there’s a chance they will make you reschedule no open wounds small or big on tattoo area you will have to move placement or reschedule. Shower good breath good hygiene all around if you need numbing stuff let them know you did that or need that just relax don’t move maybe ask your artist if they want something from Dutch bros or something eat before you go too! And wear something practical for the placement and size of your tattoo. And congrats love tattoos love the experience have fun!!!

And don’t forget your ID and more than likely cash!! :)

Try to stay still! Lol. Wear clothing that will give the artist easy access to the site of the tattoo. If you do the numbing cream tell them before they start. Take snacks and water if it’s a big piece. Take breaks if you need. Take photos and videos for memoriesss🫶🏽 I hope it comes out great! I love tattoos!!!
