When I was on the combined pill I never took them as my brand didn’t have placebo pills to begin with. Even if they were included I wouldn’t take them as they don’t do anything, it helps people keep track of they struggle.

When I was on the combo pill I skipped my placebos because I wanted to skip my period.

when i was on the combined pill, i skipped mine to stop my period, and to prevent user error (forgetting to restart on time)

I always take my placebo pills but that is just because that way my brain doesn’t get out of the habit of not taking them. And I never skip my placebo week

I was on 3 different pills in 7 years and none of them ever came with placebo pills. Placebo pills are literally just sugar they don’t make any change to your body or bleeding
