I am currently in my 7 pill free week. If I start talking the pill straight after the 7 days, will I be protected from pregnancy straightaway, and not have to use another contraceptive barrier? I am taking rigevidon. Thanks!

If you use your pills correctly and account for any interactions then you will always be safe, even during and right after your break weeks. The break week does not compromise your protection, it would be silly to include one if it put you at risk (look at the mini pill for example). That would mean birth control is only effective 50% of the month.. could you imagine the failure rate?
