I’m on the pill and I’d say I’m a really good user, I take my pill the same time each day and I’ve not skipped any. But one thing that worries me a little is, some girls have gotten pregnant on the pill. In that case, would you be able to tell? With a regular period if it didn’t come you’d suspect pregnancy. But with the pill how might you know ?? Or is there no way of knowing ... just a little paranoia happening here..!

Your period is only coming from a drop in your hormone levels; it no longer indicates pregnancy or not. Only way to know is to take a pregnancy test 3 weeks after unprotected sex. Getting pregnant on the pill is VERY rare and 99% of the time it’s due to people being inconsistent with them.
