I've been on Junel Fe 1.5/30, and that's what my prescription says, but the pharmacy gave me 1/20 this time? I haven't taken it yet but should I try to get 1.5/30 instead or does it not make too much of a difference?

You should try to get the 1.5/30 prescription because it has to be the same amount of hormones in order to stay protected.

That is a different dose of hormones so while you'll probably still be protected you could have different side effects. They shouldn't have given you a different dose as that's not what you were prescribed.
