Birth control pills can decrease how quickly the body breaks down caffeine.” But ive been drinking the decaffeinated kind since I am drinking it before bed

yeah, i noticed now that i’m taking birth control, i am more sensitive to caffeine now!

It doesn’t lower the effectiveness of birth control.
