When I go out - especially to the bar - I don’t feel comfortable taking my whole pill pack with me. Instead, I pop out and put one pill in a ziplock bag and take that with me. Now… it wasn’t until now I was thinking… is this okay? Does it affect anything?

Why don’t you just take it before you leave? You risk it getting damaged, and becoming unreliable, by what you’re doing now.

Unless you’re on a norethindrone mini pill that has a very tight timeframe (3 hours) just take your pill before you leave or when you come home.

That's fine but I agree with the others just take it before you leave. Less risk of losing it or forgetting.
