I’ve been on my pill for almost 6 years and have been thinking of either changing or coming off them for a while to see what side effects I’m experiencing cause I can’t tell off the bat. Any suggestions

Are the side effects bad? Why are you wanting to see what kind of side effects you’re getting? And what would happen if you find out?

If you can’t tell what side effects you are experiencing doesn’t that mean you aren’t experiencing them? If you quit you need to get off for at least a year and then compare it to how you feel now to get an accurate reading so that’s not worth it at all.

If you can't tell what side effects you are experiencing that means you luckily probably just haven't had any side effects take effect on the body.
