i had unprotected sex on tuesday morning and my bf finished in me. can i stop my pills now or should i wait longer? i’m switching to an iud and trying to stop them to induce my break week. i am also on continuous pills, so i don’t take break weeks normally. TIA!

i would continue longer, sperm can stay inside of you for up to around 5 days

I would verify with your doctor who’s inserting the iud but depending sometimes they’ll recommend you continue your pills 7 days after you get the iud in
